Bootcamp - All Fitness Levels

Our bootcamp classes combine strength training, plyometrics, cardiovascular activity, and body weight exercises in a station-style, HIIT workout that runs for about 50 minutes -- these classes can burn nearly 250 to 300 calories in a very short time period. Classes change every week to keep your muscles on their toes! In bootcamp you will utilize battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, tires, resistance bands, dumbbells and plyo boxes. Sit ups, pulls ups, burpees, and lunges are all part of the program. Never be worried that you can't do it. YOU CAN! We will help. Everyone does the best they can and works through the exercises at their own pace and every exercise is scalable for any fitness level.
